College Planning

Cedars International Next Generation High School is dedicated to helping all students find a path after high school that leads to their long-term goals in life. We are committed to guiding students through the process of finding and applying to colleges as well as helping make sure that are set up success when they get there. 

 

In addition to providing opportunities to earn dual credit during the school day, CINGHS is also a registered administration site for college entrance exams including the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) and SAT. CINGHS are given multiple opportunities to prepare for and take these exams, free of charge. 

 

To assist students with the application process, including identifying potential schools, finding scholarships/grants/loans to help pay for college, and mentoring them in selecting the best fit after high school, we work closely with College Hub and Brains, Minds, Destiny LLC (a non-profit organization founded to help students with the college application process.
